Yes in 2020-2021 when I downloaded all the social apps trying to keep in touch with everyone during the pandemic. I uninstalled it all now because it was literally hurting my eyes. Streaming tv shows>Internet sites.

The pandemic/election news addiction fukked my head up too. Now I try to put on a Youtube documentary instead of so much time refreshing the mainstream internet daily news apps.
