i been using the net since at least 1998. It was either 97 or 98 I don't quite remember but I was def online by 99. Got my first computer as a kid and remember pretending i was sick so i could surf the net while jerry springer was on in the background LOL. Message boards in the 2000's were pure fukkery AOL chat rooms (a/s/l?), AIM, habbo hotel, them counterstrike lounges, I been in the trenches.

The internet is better and worse than the internet. You can learn a lot more about something like healthy eating or finance than you ever could on regular/cable tv.

i go to work 5 days a week, i go to the gym twice a week, i go out to bars and clubs every weekend. but outside that, im sure i'd fit the definition. i don't really feel any kinda way about it

I'm addicted to forum pages and twitter. It fulfills me socially. Every time I try to quit or fast, something in me just can't. Same thing with tv, it is hard to just fast from it. I want to live like people did in the past and just have my radio for entertainment but it is easier said than done.

EDIT: When I say tv I mean my firesticks. I pay for like 6 different streaming services because I cannot stand commercials. I don't even use those streaming services since I'm mostly on Youtube which I have the premium version to avoid ads when watching on my tv. All of that is like an easy $100 a month out my pocket but my comfort in having stuff just won't let me cancel it.
