If you complain about gas mileage, don't do it. I would always choose a v8 over a v6/v6 twin turbo. I do regret long daily driving a v8/v10 though. Terrible on gas with a heavy foot is a understatement.
My history with v8's is insane now that I think about it :ohhh:

almost everything you can think of, any questions?
Still follows general format of cars/regions

Meisterschaft exhaust thank me later :myman:
I enjoyed the ISF over the e92 for daily driving uses. Probably because of the different trans
:salute: already got it bro. i've had this car for 3 years now. lexus engineered a race car with this one like forreal forreal. twin turbo set up coming soon. i might post it up here when that happens.

Infiniti probably has the most underrated v8 ever, I had a fx45 :whew: nikkas heard me from a mile away

Word..little known sleeper is that Infiniti M56 sedan with a 420hp 5.6L V8. It ain't no joke. That 400hp QX70 5.0 will move out but you’ll actually see the fuel gauge needle drop when you get on it...

i have a 2010 lexus IS-F with 430HP naturally aspirated 5.0 V8. the exhaust note is worth it alone.
Has anyone figured out how to unlock the ECU so you can tune those yet? A lot of guys in that market that I know went with a Benz instead because you can tune them.

Breh... :lolbron:... :deadmanny:

That's cold. :laff:
Lmao I can't be out here doing head+camshaft jobs for free for every female:lolbron:

Plus she was "independent" and "had a warranty" so I let her handle that:pachaha:

Very good guesses..German is my POS BMW, American is the wife’s Corvette, Japanese is the wife’s Infiniti QX70S suv with 5.0 V8.
Lmao I build cars so I've been in and around just about everything.

My dad's 525i is on its FOURTH cylinder head:mindblown: but he will NOT trade that POS:mindblown:

twin turbo ISF :damn::damn:

I waiting to see if they release a LC-F, Japan is taking far too long to release cars today while the competition does a lap around them.

:mjlol: Those early cars needle would stay stagnant and the next time you turn it on the needle was a inch away from where it was last.

Got it. Yeah the 5th gen Camaro is a shoebox :russ: if you get a G8 make sure you have somebody look at (or listen to really, there's no way to actually see) the valvetrain. If it ticks and clatters then the car wasnt taken care of. If its smooth and quiet itll run another 100k if you keep the oil changed regularly.

Cheap-Fast-Reliable. Pick two.:yeshrug: that's the golden rule of cars.

I'm not trying to be a dikkhead here but do you know how a turbocharged engine works?:jbhmm:

And what happens if the octane rating of your gasoline falls below what the engine needs in order not to pre-detonate? E.g. oil/water in your gas?

The hot air from the turbo combined with low octane gas will literally allow the air+fuel mix to combust early and send the piston sideways in the motor.

Ask the Ford Ecoboost guys.
I have a G8 v6..it has a slight tick now :patrice:got me worried lol

thatd be crazy but i guess the LC500 is basically a LC-F without the F moniker.
my boy is a Toyota master technician and says the IS-F engine is like close to perfect as far as engineering goes. its his favorite engine to work on. basically that whole generation of IS's have like high level engineering. I don't know all the technicalities of working on engines but my boy is a gear head so i'll take his word for it.

that RC-F is nice tho. i been eye'n it but i have a family with a dog so :francis: no coupe for me

I drove a Dodge Challenger for three days this week. First time driving a car like that. shyt was loud as fukk and gave me a headache. I couldn't imagine driving that on a regular basis.
I aint gonna lie though, I did feel like a bytch when I went back to driving my regular car though with a four cylinder.
