That is what they did with Cypher later on. in the beginning his powers were whack as hell (he could just understand any language) but then they expanded it to other bull shyt. But at least bones can do some damage and maggots powers were his two maggots ( his digestive system) could eat anything and transfer that power to him. I still think Cypher had the lamest power to this day before the boost writers gave him.

She is held back greatly in just the current cannon...in one of those age of apcolopyse storylines when she was using her full power she was handing out work left at right...

I think at her full power she has the ability to "detonate mass"

I know in that one AOA story line she just straight up detonated some Shiar soldiers and then straight up destroyed an entire Shiar ship like it was nothing...

One of those characters that they gave her a power...really sit down and thought about the science behind it...figured it was just to powerful...and just decided to make her "scared to use her powers"

I can't believe this went 4 pages w/o mentioning Angel. Dude's mutant power is to fly. Damn near half of the all other mutants can do that along with other shyt. And if you clip Angel's wings, then he's just completely useless.

Yea you are right; but Angel's got great story.lines throughout the comics so he's always a fan favorite
