So many good choices. Off top I'd say zingy. Not only did he suck but I hated watching every scene he was in.

Stop it man. Frank was a good man. He was doing all that to help out his union bro.

I didn't like him

Avon giving Stringer up was because Stringer tried to have Mouzone killed AFTER doing something Avon told him not to do (the deal with Prop Joe). Stringer was rouge and out of pocket the minute he had D killed. Avon had to give up String or he was going to be cut out of the dope game completely, every action causes a reaction and Stringer going off on his own instead of sticking with the partnership fukked up everything.

Like Avon said String had those books smarts but couldn't cut it in the streets and even with those books smarts he wasn't smart enough to fukk with the world he wanted to be in (politics).

Avon gave up String because Mouzone threatened to ruin his reputation and ties to New York. If you remember, New York was the one giving them the weak ass dope and had the fiends going across town. Nobody else wanted to fukk with the Barkesdale crew after Avon got locked up and that was the reason why they absolutely needed the Co-op for the superior / discounted Greek package (something that Avon realized after it was already done behind his back). If Stringer did exactly what Avon wanted him to do, they wouldn't have shyt when he got home.

If Stringer really wanted to do Avon dirty and take over the organization (which was never his goal), there was nothing stopping him with Avon in jail. Avon wasn't built for real estate sharing and making money, he was a street dude

And :comeon: D was a liability (shooting dude in the towers, writing apology notes in interrogation rooms, running his mouth about Avon's girlfriend getting murked, flipping on Avon and Stringer when he got locked up, etc.). He had to be dealt with and there was no way around that. It should have never come to Stringer basically getting him sewn up, but Avon was never going to make that call.

Avon giving up String to maintain a relationship with an unreliable New York connect was business.

Those towers were worthless without good dope and better soldiers (they had the worst crop of soldiers even before Avon got locked up :snoop:)

Stringer snitching on Avon to get him put away for a little stretch was also business. His little war games with Marlo was bringing heat and not making them money

Avon knew that the shyt with Marlo was dumb, but he didn't listen to anybody :francis:

And Stringer didn't want to be in politics, he wanted to launder his money and get into land development and real estate. He took an L by dealing with Clay and lost some money. Alot of businessmen and street dudes go through the same shyt in the beginning (hell, look at the Barkedale crew getting raped by Omar for 3-4 seasons :mjlol:). Chalk it up to the game and inexperience. Once he got his feet wet and peeped game, it was inevitable that he'd move differently in business dealings in the future
