all these dudes like pence, cruz and desantis are obviously running. but how does trumps team allow an open primary that can only damage him, maybe he even possibly loses?
does his team try to shut down the republican primary?the divisiveness could be crazy
I don't see how that'll be an issue.
If Trump runs he'll just bully the other candidates like last time, they're too afraid of Trump and his followers to really attack him. Once the primary is over they'll all hop back on Trump's dikk regardless, if there's one thing Republicans do well it's stay on code. Last primary he insulted Ted Cruz's wife and called Rubio "Little Marco" and once it was over they acted like nothing happened. To be honest I think a lot of Republicans will only run if Trump doesn't.
The winner of primary is either Trump or (if he doesn't run) whoever he decides to endorse.
