How many of you know about the Biafra war?

Learned about it here years ago. fukked up situation, that war was basically a testing ground for the Americans, Soviets, Brits, France, Chinese everyone was sending weapons there. Bloody as fukk and lots of side switching, allies not showing up. Hopefully that never happens again but I dont feel like such a potentially powerful country as Nigeria is being run right in the state it is. So the OP himself could easily be Yoruba and just not know. Knowledge often has a way of finding its way back to the rightful owner.
