If they were smart, they'd trade him for the wing y'all want now. Nobody's taking RJ off y'all hands.
One has to go and Jules is not gonna have good games with RJ on the court too.
You gotta have floor spacers in today's game and more ambidextrous skills to even out the offense.
Brunson and Randle have been killing it because the offense has an even mixture with Grimes and IQ.
Knicks gotta thug it out with great value Randle (RJ) and find other players to compliment Brunson skillful offense and RJ incompetence when he goes 8-50.
They need rim protectors that can shoot from the perimeter at any time.

All he does is either wait to take a 3, or

We also seen this with Quickley, we've seen that with Grimes, when RJ was out.
To answer your question, yes. The team has a piss poor excuse of a coach that's weared out his welcome by not developing a bench unit by running guys 45 min a game and also an incompetent front office that has shown time and time again to not know when to trade, buy or sell.
