The difference is that Sabonis plays the Center position while Juju is a power forward. If Mitch was a stretch 5 and if Rj was a little better of a three point shooter this could work. Unfortunately that’s not the case.

But yes the Julius and Brunson pick and roll is probably our only bright spot on offense

Its very easy to play Julius at center for spurts…

They literally don't run plays for him & have him camped out at the 3 point line which is sad. He has a high motor & in college, he had a decent post game. He should be getting some post looks when Randle isn't in the game

As far as the Lakers trade, getting Nunn back for Cam is not the move. Nunn is another undersized scorer.

Now that mitch is out for the toughest month on the schedule so far, I’m not sure the rotation concerns even matter. Thibs is gonna have to fix his scheme for the defense to survive, it’s built around mitch (I think that’s why everyone’s defensive stats drop without him and why a good defender like Hart isn’t as effective).
