I want an actual wing. We need to get bigger:dame:

I wouldn’t mind Kuz (though he wants to get paid so seems unlikely)
Harrison Barnes (solid, can hit the 3 and play some defense)
Bog. (The pistons one can hit the 3 really well and has experience)
Jae Crowder (brings experience and grit to the team, can hit the 3 sometimes)

^in no order
I think they wait for the draft for that. The whole thing is full of guys who look like they can be two way wings with a few who might have elite defensive upside. Masai just said he wants a Murray return for OG so that is 3 unprotected picks and at least one swap. The Knicks didn’t want to pay that for Mitchell. Rumors are the Warriors might bite, but the Warriors are in the exact opposite position of the Knicks when it comes to being a “win now” team.

For now Burks would be the obvious choice because they know he can get minutes from Thibs, his contract is short, and like others said they can play him as a bench wing again. Detroit would probably do it for their own protected draft pick back, though on the low the Knicks might value that pick on the belief that it will convey before it turns to second rounders.

This is why I can’t say Thibs is doing a great job

Playoff rotations are usually 7-8 players doing the bulk of work. Thibs got 6 guys playing 85-90%of the minutes in January chasing the sixth seed.
Truth

That's why I'll keep saying his style of play isn't sustainable & it's a short term gain but will kill us in the long haul. Whether in the 4th quarter of games or the second half of the season

Brunson and Randle 1st and 3rd in the league for minutes played since Dec. 21 according to Katz.

Like look at this mock! Damn near 2/3rd of next year draft is between the height of 6’7 and 6’9. It's deep as hell with wings and forwards.

And it's got crazy talent. I think everyone from Whitmore back is a top-5 pick in most drafts. I like Jett Howard and Maxwell Lewis a lot too.

It’s obvious this team is big game hunting. But there may be some wisdom in trading a very small portion of our assets now to sure up our roster. This way when teams try to “take everything we have”, what we have left will make for a much more reasonable trade package.

For instance, if you can get guys like Josh Hart and Jae Crowder now for protected picks… this summer when a guy like PG is available, we can comfortably trade away everything else we have and still have a solid bench…

Alright hear me out…it’s not the worst idea in the world to bring back a guy who’s familiar with the system, plays defense on both wing positions, and happened to have great chemistry with Julius Randle.

But he’s also have a pretty brutal year. So there’s that whole issue :francis:

Hard pass bro lol. Dude is wayyyy too inconsistent with his shooting & can't dribble. I'd rather Thibs play Cam with his faults than Bullock coming back

I'd prefer to let Cam try to earn minutes again too, but I don't think that's ever happening with Thibs. So trading Cam for a second and a player that Thibs will trust to get our wings some rest is an alright alternative to me.
