I keep saying this, but i have a feeling Dolan and Rose are ok with it. He doesn’t care how they get to the playoffs that is all he needs to raise those ticket prices.
One of the reasons this team struggles in the fourth is they are tired. Idk what the FO can do. This whole year’s lineup seems fragile, like a major change will mess their chemistry up unless it’s for a high quality guy who can play anywhere. They got to get a 2 way combo Wing if not this season in the draft.

They really ran out of steam. RJ Barrett had no legs in the fourth, went from 8/15 to 9/23 and couldn't get over screens against Hield...why not sit him for Grimes? McBride played 1 minute in the second half. I get that Thibs doesn't trust McBride, but IQ's been so good lately that he could've let the dude attack a little longer at least. Same for Obi...Obi was good for 5 points and 2 assists in 9 minutes, that's fast production.

Wally's annoying. But he was pretty obviously comparing Brunson to Haliburton with those comments and Brunson does deserve the nod over Hali imo.

I have a hard time justifying this Tyrese has been the better player.
Brunson should be one of the guards chosen though imo.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it came down to it, if someone like Jrue gets the nod.

I get that it's a fair debate, and an impossible sell for media types that only watch a team a few times a month because it's based on who they cover each night. But what Brunson does for the Knicks, particularly in the clutch is some shyt that box scores don't capture. My guess would be that whoever leads their team to the better record at the time of selections will get in over the other.
Jrue kinda does deserve an Allstar campaign. I couldn't even be mad at that. I just saw someone mention that he hasn't mad an all-star team since 2013 and that surprised me. Dude's consistently really good, but I think he's got that same "the more you watch them, the bigger you realize their impact is" thing going on.
