Why would a guy who knowing complied with his hands straight up, start resisting arrest. Am I supposed to believe that a guy who's simply telling the officers this is his car, and he's a student up the street, is mysteriously starting resist to arrest, after being over compliant.
I'm just glad everything was caught on tape so that there were little gray areas.
