Another question is why didnt they run his information the minute they arrested him in the video and saw it was his own fukking car?!?!

That man is CLEARLY not resisting, his hands were up in the air trying to comply with their order to get down...There was absolutely no need for 7 pigs to gang TACKLE him and to make matter worse you can clearly see two of them PUNCHING him as he's being held down...
Every single one of those pigs should be suspended without pay for at least 6 months...
The two that punched him as he is being held down should be immediately terminated and locked up for assault...
That won't happen though, they'll get a pat on the back for assaulting an unarmed man...
At least they didn't shoot him I guess...

On one hand, I agree but there is a fundamental problem here.
We're assuming that the justice system and American society is just and that truth and rightness will always prevail in the end.
This is what sucks about the situation. He happened to luck out that there is video of this interaction. However, there are thousands of interactions a day and there are plenty of cases where its not recorded. Even worse, you can see them trying to conspire how to trump up charges against him and silence the witness. If there was no video, there would be no justice and he would have a record.
This dude owes the attention to getting lucky, not compliance.

On what planet is it OK to leap out the car when you get pulled over? This IMMEDIATELY escalates the situation. Not only that, he hesitated to put his hands on the ground when ordered and then stepped toward his vehicle instead of going straight to the ground (but lets be real, cops mind were already made up by then).
