Jax was coming to tell on himself for everything to save Tara. Tara is dead. What reason would he have to snitch on himself now for?

Time of death and lack of any murder weapons will get him off for this.

Let me get this , you say jax is innocent off all charges? The guy has been envolved in multiple murders, gun running and drug dealing and running and running an ongoing criminal organization . If there was real police and Feds who wanted to shut them down instead of making stupid deals with them. I mean every cop and DA must be from Miami metro because they never solve a damn thing. To be totally honest, if they wanted to get jax next season, they could get him for a gun charge, cuz he clearly dropped his 1911 right in front of the lawyer and cops when he discovered tara. With his record, he could get big jail time just for the gun charge alone.
