To hood nikkas it was

Ain’t no brother in the hood ever yell out and scream “why he don’t want me!! “ and break down crying as a grown man
Hood nikkas don’t have feelings? You need to be slapped in the face by your dad if you got one.

Oh, nevermind. Not a hood nikka. My parents are millionaires. I still stand on business though

A lot of y’all should just be thankful you haven’t had to deal with deadbeat parents. Broken promises after an extended absence, especially as a father to a young black man, can affect someone like Will in that way. Now if he was still doing this after 3-4 times of broken promises I can understand, but it didn’t seem corny to me.

What’s corny is telling another person how they should react in a situation. And Will never presented himself as some sort of emotionless superthug
