There's a lot on both sides.

Sorry but I'm not gonna ignore all the young black fellas that I see supporting artists at the shows that I go to out here.

a lot of young black males only like "cool" rappers, to me the sh!t is borderline homosexual but thats what it is, whether they admit it or not. a lot of young white fans are more about the actual music, they don't care if you got swag, if they feel your music they'll rock with you and buy tickets to your shows and all that good sh!t. i was playin "black on both sides" not too long ago and my little cousin was like "these n!ggas dress like bums, put somethin else on". :youngsabo:
Maybe your lil cousin is just a cornball.

I see nikkas still denying and making excuses...

There's no way round it: Our music swag is fukkin us up. Go outside and look at what our young males are! Look at our women! Straight bulshyt! Yeah not everyone, but look at the average....nothing to brag about.

Direct result of the messages in our music. Coupled of course with lack of parenting. But then you have plenty who not from the slums and still emulate the ghetto life style.

No denying we love ignorance...

The internet cares more about "real/good/classic" hip hop music. There are people of all races who just get their music from what they hear on the radio.

I think white people are just more vocal about what they perceive to be "real/good/classic" hip hop music is off of the internet. Almost as if knowing about an artists like K.R.I.T. before he gets radio play gives them validation as a fan.

White kids have to do a little bit more to be accepted as Hip Hop which leads them to increase their knowledge of the music.

This is absolutely true. As it should be IMO. Hip-hop is black music at the end of the day, it's important to respect that. I feel fortunate to have been accepted by some people whose music I really admire.

How do you explain the rise of the Drake,Tyga,Wale,J Cole generation? These nikkas are not cool and have emo lightskin swag. These nikkas would have been looked at like cornballs 5 years ago but now the anti-thug movement is whats poppin.

That's not what I meant but that was funny. I'm referring to an NC hip-hop crew (Justus League, Little Brother, Thyrday, Phonte, Pooh, 9th Wonder, Away Team, LEGACY, Median, etc.)

Werent you actually given the privilege of dropping an N-bomb on a relatively popular lil' album in 2004??? :ooh:

As a CAC, I salute you :win:

LOL. Yes, on The Minstrel Show I did this voice of Tucker/T-HUG at the end of Watch Me, and I was incredibly uncomfortable dropping the n-bomb. Phonte was very adamant that I say it, but I remember some others walking into the studio in the middle of the skit and I have never felt more embarrassed. "Ignore them, keep going." "I don't like this Tay."

Yeah, I think you can really hear the nervousness in my voice, and I always skip that part when I listen to the album now.

I believe they let me do that because I'm a CAC and I know I am and have never pretended to be otherwise.
