Damn uts good to see some brehs will have an inheritance. My parents don't have anything to pass down, in fact I probably gonna have to find a way to help pay off my moms mortgage which has like 200k to pay off. Don't know anyone that will have an inheritance either from what I know.

There's still gonna be opportunities coming though. I want to invest in retirement homes/villages for example.
Pay a rental management company and rent that hoe out, even if all you’re doing is making a couple bucks over breaking even or just enough to cover maintenance. Once it’s paid off it’ll be a lot easier to figure what to do next.

I mean understand what you're saying and I kinda agree with you, but not 100%. I personally haven't seen a black marriage worth emulating, which is why I've rid it from my equation to be successful. I mean how are you 15-16 years in and still destitute? I can be broke all by myself.
Wow…

I could name 5 off the top of my head. Maybe 10

Big facts.

I’m in escrow right now for a house in Inglewood for around a mill. It was a foreclosure after the older black woman who owned it died and left her kids with the reverse mortgage.

Luckily, I’m black, but I know whites are scooping houses all over the neighborhood.

Cool. I hope you get it, they play a lot of games with the Black people buying property in LA county.

They are approving White people left and right to get property in Inglewood and other Black areas.

I just wish the older Black people actually sold their property to other young Black people to get that generationally wealth, but a lot of older Black people have that mindset that you young Black people need to work hard as I did and White people do not think like that.

Folks are going for younger women because they're more cooperative and willing to follow your lead. Met my fiance when she was 23 (she 26 now and I'm 33), she was bad with finances and all of that. After 3 years of being with me now she owning property after I taught her about equity, credit score over 800 after I showed her how to hustle the credit card game and got on her ass about her spending, and eating out less because I'm willing to stay in and be a home body and we planning on leveraging her property gains in the COVID market (I was on her ass in 2020 to buy a house and put her on to NACA) to wipe out her over 100k in student loan debt that before she met me she had no real plan of ever paying off.

Instead of throwing slick shade at well intentioned brothers like myself that's just tryna build and win out here with women we know we can win with with little comments like this:

why don't some of y'all just admit y'all ain't leaders and head of households like that :manny:

Good for you. 99% of nikkas will take what you doing and do none of that. They'll have a young chick to fukk on and create another bad situation. Rather than go for a woman who's got her own and building collectively. Money doesn't give two fukks about who's earning it.

And if leadership means telling a grown ass woman what to do with her own money...I don't want no parts of it. I don't have time to handhold someone through "Baby's first investment". :hhh:

Leadership ain't always about taking someone at the bottom and moving them to the middle. Or dominating through financial clout. I don't need a woman "following" me to boost my ego. My collegues, younger family members/children and community can do that. I need my woman to be my partner and confidant. You know....like an adult.

Age has nothing to do with "knowing you can win" with a woman. Character does. And MOST 24 year old people, regardless of gender ain't got that kinda life experience or character built up. It aint shade, it's the truth.

You talk about a grown woman as if she was a kid you taught how to ride a bike. :mjlol: You're not special. In fact, you sound like a trick. Now that she's done all that, the fukk she need you for? :russ:

Just saying :manny:

I mean hey, if that's how the women of your ilk see it, I can already tell that's another broken household just waiting to happen. Y'all fun to be around for a short time frame tho.:manny:

A house can have two parents and be broken. I’ve seen people argue so much in front of their kids or generally just dislike one another. Kids need love, safety, support and financial stability. How it shows up, is how it shows up.

I’m not anti relationships nor marriage, just pro healthy ones. A lot of y’all are NOT in healthy associations and that’s that’s why you don’t get anywhere as a couple.

Look how many different ways brehs have attempted to explain this simple ass concept, but she still refuses to acknowledge the marriage union has statistically led to more stability and wealth generation for the family unit.

Leave these single moms from broken homes be breh. They're too hurt and stubborn to reason with
My salary is $125k, I’m fat, dark-skin and overall unattractive. There is NO pairing for me, that wouldn’t sent me back significantly. Again, I’m not saying unions of any kind are bad. Some of us don’t have the option and therefore move in a different way.

And I’ll still build generational wealth for my kid, by myself by making more money. That’s my only option.

Your mind going to trick/ho dynamics tells me exactly what I needed to know about where your head is at with regards to women.

Good luck raising a structured two parent household bro! Hope the way your woman thinks isn't the thing that's keeping trick/ho dynamics occupying space in your mind :manny:

No one is saying being with a person that is jobless. If both people make 40,000 a year. Your up 80,000 in your household. Even if your making 60,000 and your man is making 40,000 that's still 100,000 between yall.
She's saying she doesn't want to be witha solid breh that makes less than her. Almost like she would be taking care of him.

Completely true.

I already lost out on 4 houses in Altadena and Pasadena that shot up out my price range.

One house was listed at 698k, I pushed my offer all the way up to 1.030 mill, and still lost out to some whites or asians. What sucks is, it was a black family selling it, and I sent them a whole ass letter explaining that I'm black and how important it is to keep the neighborhood black. Still no luck.
