They have been seafaring far more than that. The last ice age was between 10k to 12k years ago. With that in mind, the oceans of the world were 100s of feet lower which is why landmasses that existed don’t exist anymore and you also get the rumors of Atlantis, Great Flood. The deluge etc…
There is cooper mines in the Great Lakes of large scale dating back to 6k years ago. There is African statues and practices in North/Central/South America.
The original natives of dwarfs and tall people of America was of African descent which is why all the mounds founded near the Mississippi River all over were found in the early 1800s and 1900s.
