Sounds like y'all thinking about bombing some democracy again:francis:
Who said bombs?

This is about soft power.

If black Americans gave a damn they would support this.

We are the wealthiest parts of the African diaspora and depending if you count Brazil we’re the largest segment of the diaspora outside of the continent.

Russia is making a play they are in the Central African Republic. The US development finance institution just got $60 billion earmarked by Congress for African private sector investments. Africa is ripe for opportunities and growth the US is just late to the party.

The US is not late to the party. They just don't care about the party. The Americans already know that they can get African leaders to do anything that the USA wants them to do.

It makes sense for the states. Why let Europeans and Asian countries control a continent with so many resources when you can "liberate" them and have direct access. The only losers in that perfect world would be colonial countries and China.

Literally all the cobalt you'd need to manage technological supremacy is locked in that continent. All the plutonium/uranium you could need. It's the youngest continent and America lending an actual helping hand rather than raping it of its resources would be a new tactic. And one that probably would help them in the long run.

The problem is America is inherently, historically and systemically racist. That's their biggest hurdle to overcome.
I said this in another thread relating to this subject and AFRICOM.

America's racism is so bad it flat out makes the USA damn near incompetent when it comes to dealing with Africa.

That's only reason the US is getting outmaneuvered in Africa so bad by the Chinese, China doesn't have the same inherent biases as America.

Africas success would/could directly destabilize America and other Countries with displaced Africans. There is the risk of those populations connecting with Africans and doing things that go against the interest of Western Nations. This is why they destabilized all of the Pan African/Pro Black movements of the 60s-70s because Blacks globally were traveling and connecting trying to figure out how to get out of systematic white supremacy.

Why does Africa always have to be somebody's bytch, fukk both china and USA, our leaders got us into debts we cant repay over here.Oh how Sankara and Garvey are rolling in their graves. All these problems arise due to the fact that African leaders have no patience and can't think past 2 years max.

Noticed a few things in your paragraph which may provide the key to your initial question.

China - a state
USA - a state
Africa - a continent

Perhaps if Africa united...
