But we ain't going to agree on the specifics of the situation so you try to explain the bigger picture. How is it that cops in EVERY other Western country are able to avoid 99% of these situations. Did they ban scissors in the UK? Do they not have drug fiends there? No mental illness? Then how the HELL do UK cops get through damn near every day of the year just fine without shooting no one while USA cops shooting 1000 people a year?

What would the UK cops have done? Why is it only American police and third-world tyrant countries that have police killing like this?
