"Lost" has to be #1 . one of the main reasons character deaths in this show were so emotional because of the "Life and Death" theme song that played during a character death. I've said it several times in the past, "Lost" has the best musical score of any TV show ever. It was feature film/Oscar quality score.

Bodie was just protecting his corner and ninja nikka came out of nowhere and shot him in the back of the head. If only Bodie had listened to Poo....DAMNIT!!!:ohlawd:

Poot was always dropping gems on Bodie he just never listened:why:

Not sad necessarily but some of the most memorable for me...

The Shield: Lem being blown up
24: Ryan Chappelle, George Mason, Palmer, Michelle
Lost: Charlie, Locke, Jin-Sun,
Breaking Bad: Gustavo Fring
Angel: Doyle, Cordelia, Fred
The Wire: Bodie, Wallace

Joss Whedon is king at this shyt. All his character's deaths never feel cheap, they feel hella impactful and completely change the dynamic of the shows. Angel is one of my favorite shows ever for this.

except Anya.

And yeah, me and one of my friends actually discuss this all the time. Yeah, Joss keeps you on your toes with those unexpected deaths....

but that last season of Angel, it just sorta felt like he got bored and started wrecking their lives as much as inhumanly possible. lol

But as far as the show goes...

I didnt take a liking to Fred until the Jasmine Arc. Didnt like her at all. When it finally settled in that Illyria was all that was left, I was sad as hell.

But not as sad as when LILAH died.

Somebody should make a Buffy/Angel appreciation thread. :to:
