No u haven't
No need to lie to try to prove a point
Harder to swim 1hr than run 3hrs
Ur talking at an average pace a mile long swim
Only elite triathletes train that way for the 2.4mile stretch
I know this cause I wanted to complete one before I die but realized a full one ain't in the books for me

Put it like this breh, I put u in an never ending 12ft deep pool. Tell u u either have to swim for an hr straight or put u on a track at 65 degrees and tell u to run for 3hrs. Which u doing?

I see non athletes run marathons all the time just cause they light. I put them same fukks in a pool and they'll drown after 15mins.

Why

Cause u use muscles swimming u don't use upright with gravity. And you'll poll pull something after 15mins. Which is how a lot of people die in the water

These are all attainable physiques from just eating in a calorie deficit. Floyd is sitting at like 148-155 there and honestly Klitschko looks like me right now insertion-wise but he's got a little more bodyfat. I'm at like 13.5-14 percent he looks to be about 14-16 percent there.

Two years ago Floyd was my goal phyisque and I cut down to his exactly bodyweight with lots of running and weights, and I'm his height.

Manny just looks like straight up skeletor

My nikkas I played football and track and field in college, I know what I'm talking about. Some of yall are exposing urselves on physique knoledge and training knoledge. You work muscles in the water that u can't work out. You build endurance like none other.
I have a teammate that wanted to model after college, was ripped by normal people's standards...but u need that lower belly area flat and negative love handles.

No homo but look at phelps. You don't need to be swole...not all females like that shyt. Dude is in perfect physical shape

so...people should just lose fat? Because that's how you get any definition at the end of the day. The sport itself doesn't matter as long as you're lifting with a good mix of compounds and isolation exercises while eating at a caloric deficit.

Before I seriously lifted I thought he was massive and sculpted. 6'4" athletic build. Easily achievable if you have the insertions and bust your ass in the gym properly and eat properly.

Some people would say his forearms are small as fukk and his delts are non-existent, but he has a classical natural-looking athletic build
