I feel ya but people need to know whats up. I don’t think many folks know how alot of the south still is.

Im from GA so I’ve seen that flag damn near every time I’ve been to Florida. South Florida is ok. It doesn’t feel like the south which can be a good thing.
The south is where majority of black folks live. It’s the best place to be right now, instead of being in any east coast city,

I've heard Hollywood Florida is pretty cool.

Naw, that's kinda rundown... east of University is pretty lower class and the breh said he good with his paper, he won't like that place.

I am asking a serious question, what is outside of the city of Miami that I need to check out? I have more than enough fun stuff to do here that doesn't necessitate an hour drive outside of the city.

Try Boca or West Palm if you straight with your bread, PSL is also another place that's attracting alot of educated black folks...

South Florida is the place to be, no one cares about north Florida.

Gotta be real this is true, only need to go north if you broke or you married with kids, all the action and people are here. I just went to TJ MAXXX and I seen about 5 fine sisters out at 12pm chilling buying random stuff, they all over Fort Lauderdale.

No other city you wanna be in if you money straight and you looking p*ssy, no offense to any other cities in Fla.

Think about a places politics before you make your move. You might fukk around and find yourself in a situation like Texas.

Won't happen anywhere west of University, too many connections out here. That's not gonna fly.

Classism is pretty big here, if you carry yourself well you for the most part are good.

Yeah right now its garbage. I'm in San Diego but I would relocate to Miami in a hurry for the right price.

This is florida so don't expect to see a bunch of black people like other cities

I can only speak for tampa , you will find professional black people and nice clubs

St.pete and clearwater beach is close, casino, cost of living is way cheaper than south fl

And it's not full of a bunch of fake ballin people doing too much like south florida

Turned 25 in Jan, spent all my life in NYC. Place really aint it. I'm in the medical field and want to move somewhere in florida with a good size of black "professionals" 35 and under with night life or at least a mixed place with night life. Can't be living around pure whites or hispanics. Does a place like this exist in Florida. I'm seeing people say Jacksonville, Miami or Tampa:patrice:. Is it true if you can't speak spanish getting a job in Miami might be hard?
I'ma say something u need to hear. NYC is one of the greatest cities in the world. If u not happy there, u may wanna spend some time traveling not only the USA but overseas. You more than likely are taking things for granted, not sure what you expect to find, but most New Yorkers hate wherever they move

Jax has no nightlife outside the beaches and random bars

Orlando has one street that gets crowded, random bars spread around and the tourist spots

Tampa has random bars and strip clubs, ybor city(not a big deal) the casino and beaches.

Miami is its own, but u will need to speak Spanish, and creole doesn't hurt. U also gonna need a huge bank account, Miami is expensive and isn't built for people who live there.

Honestly breh, go on vacation for a month or two and travel somewhere u think u might like to move. See what it's like for yourself
