Lol people from NYC are moving to FL in droves, especially Miami bc it’s cheaper than nyc.I'ma say something u need to hear. NYC is one of the greatest cities in the world. If u not happy there, u may wanna spend some time traveling not only the USA but overseas. You more than likely are taking things for granted, not sure what you expect to find, but most New Yorkers hate wherever they move
Jax has no nightlife outside the beaches and random bars
Orlando has one street that gets crowded, random bars spread around and the tourist spots
Tampa has random bars and strip clubs, ybor city(not a big deal) the casino and beaches.
Miami is its own, but u will need to speak Spanish, and creole doesn't hurt. U also gonna need a huge bank account, Miami is expensive and isn't built for people who live there.
Honestly breh, go on vacation for a month or two and travel somewhere u think u might like to move. See what it's like for yourself
NYC been moving in droves to fla, there's also a steady migration back. And no one in the medical profession is getting a raise moving to Miami from New YorkLol people from NYC are moving to FL in droves, especially Miami bc it’s cheaper than nyc.
Yea he lost me with that lolTampa country? @DUCKED_OFF
I'm an RN. Gonna look into those cities. Trying to move to Broward towards end of year.I have plenty of black medical professional family members in South Florida.
They are RN’s and NP/CRNA’s.
They all live Broward County. Coral Springs, West Miramar, Pembroke Pines and Plantation.
stay in FL for a few decades then move back to Jamaica when it's all said and done. All my AA brothers and sisters can come with me.The critical part no one talks about.
Sea Level Rise and Coastal Flooding Impacts
Take a look on Zillow at the "for sale" properties and the math works itself out.
That, or DC (despite the high COL) for a black professional. FL just aint it for black professionals. Too many racial and language barriers in FL for a black professional class to rise.
Tampa is underrated imoThis is florida so don't expect to see a bunch of black people like other cities
I can only speak for tampa , you will find professional black people and nice clubs
St.pete and clearwater beach is close, casino, cost of living is way cheaper than south fl
And it's not full of a bunch of fake ballin people doing too much like south florida
