That Bulls team Scottie carried in 93/94 had god damn Pete Meyers at the 2 instead of MJ. That cat is still one of the randomest dudes Ive ever seen in the NBA really never understood what type of game he had to be in the NBA. That breath right nose strip wearing nikka was:trash:
Really?:wtb:

B.J. Armstrong
Corie Blount
Bill Cartwright
Jo Jo English
Horace Grant
Dave Johnson
Steve Kerr
Stacey King
Toni Kukoc
Luc Longley
Pete Myers
John Paxson
Will Perdue
Scottie Pippen
Bill Wennington

Carried implies the team went somewhere. smh @ people bringing up 1st round exits. :comeon:

Iverson's sixers in '01 went 56-26 and reached the finals. Starting lineup in the finals was Iverson, Mutombo, McKie, tyrone Hill, and Jumaine Jones. Bench was Snow, Bell, Geiger and Todd fukking MacCulloch

But here's what people forget. Mutombo only played like 20 games that year.

I'll always give AI props for that.
That team had no business getting to the finals.

KJ had a lil help that year. They traded Michael Finley for Jason Kidd and played a small ball rotation.

They had a pg rotation of KJ, J Kidd, and Steve Nash:krs:

They played KJ and Kidd together because Kidd was big enough to guard SG's....and even SF's.

They had Rex Chapman playing SF :heh::huhldup:

And ultra scrub Mark Bryant and PF.

I believe Hot Rod Williams was the Center.

KJ
Kidd
Rex Chapman
Mark Bryant
Hot Rod

Starting 5........That is kind of a garbage lineup.

I think they were the first team to have a double digit losing streak/ double digit winning streak in the same season.

They lost 13 in a row and then turned around and won 13 in a row after they traded for J Kidd

Haha Mark Bryant and Hot Rod I remember actually being upset that yr when Seattle knocked em out. That was one of the ill trash teams to watch all that inconsistency was hilarious:yeshrug:

Hard to say....

You kind of have to take into account how weak/strong the conference is that they play in.

KOBE.

the nikka had Smush Parker, Kwame Brown and Walton on his team.

3 of the worst players in NBA history and took them to a game 7 against a 50 win team in Phoenix

Kwame Brown and Luke Walton aren't as bad as people make them out to be.

Kwame is solid defensive player. That's literally the only thing he can do well though, so having him as your 3rd or forth option is a bad move. Dude wouldn't get NEARLY as much criticism as he does if he hadn't been drafted #1 by Jordan.

Luke Walton could have been a solid role player if not for his injuries. He was a decent shooter, distributor and defender before his back problems.

Smush Parker was a bum though......

Iverson carrying the Sixers to the finals in 01 is overstated... he may not have had a superstar along side him, but he had the Sixth Man of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, and Coach of the Year, it's not like he was playing with D-leaguers

What did any of those guys do once they left the sixes.....:pacspit:

:aicmon: Eric Snow? McKie? George Lynch?

Larry Brown had a great formula(which he capitalized on with Detroit) but any other superstar woulda killed themselves. AI was out there scoring 50 pt games just to win
