Seabass, Shark, and Swordfish by a country mile. That said, NONE of it is bad. I'm shocked wild caught salmon is winning because most people conflate it with the fattier farmed salmon. Sockeye is literally my go-to even though I get smaller portions per dollar, and I figured most would go the cheaper route. Doesn't help that most restaurants with salmon on the menu are going with farm raised Atlantic salmon.
