Cod is the best when mixed with other, flavorful food. But its easy to fukk it up.

Salmon is goat by even by itself, and takes effort to ruin.

The best fish I've ever tasted where some swordfish and tuna steaks that were served in a 5 star Costa Rican resort years ago. I've been chasing that taste since then but ever swordfish or tuna steaks I run into are mid and rough. Mfs tell me "that's how its supposed to taste"

Halibut. I went to Alaska and had some fresh Halibut and it was marvelous. I even had a halibut pizza when I was there (it was fire). Sea bass is good too.

Catfish is low quality bottom of the barrel mud fish and if you ever caught one you'd understand.

Rainbow trout cooked on a wood plank in the Webber whole is some of the best eating.

Wild caught salmon is a given. Farm raised is alright too. Either way, has me thinking of making some miso marinated salmon soon.

Same with catfish.

I'm a sucker for a nice slab of seared tuna.

Red snapper nigiri is way better than it probably has any right to be.

Sword fish is the most tender fish I've ever eaten. shyt is like butter.
