AADOS can't fukkin move without some large corporation stealing our cuisine. I mean southern friend chicken itself is an AA originated cuisine from centuries ago.
But, even still to this day KFC wont stop ripping our recipes. Last year they added fried chicken and waffle to their menu. And this year they added nashville style hot chicken to their menu.
ADOS and other AA ethnocentric movements need to start calling them out.

I look at food similar to music. It cones down to what you prefer which tied in to what you were raised on.
For me, there is no best per set, but I may prefer certain foods depending on my mood.
I would choose Soul Food/BBQ as a favorite followed by Mexican food then American food, Japanese food, etc..

I wouldn't say any culture has the best food. Every culture has something I like but not one better than others. Just depends what I'm craving at the time. There are some good dishes from the cultures mentioned, and from cultures not mentioned. Plus dishes that I haven't even tried yet. Too much delicious food in this world.
