Props to whoever came with this idea. I was dead set against this match and have been saying he should’ve retired after 30. The failing Cena and no showing of taker plus maybe him switching gimmicks has me interested now.

Bro they announced the match, they just didn’t outwardly say it’s happening. Vince never advertises things he can’t do.

Why do u need a match graphic or a stare down and point at the sign to verify what u already know?
Just imagine Mania starting with Cena trying one last time, looking dead into the camera saying he didn't want it to come to this, the anthem starts & he slowly drops to a knee
Nothing happens & Cena walks dejected as all hell to his seat in the crowd (this part is crucial because we need super dejected Cena, maybe even mumbling something about how he should of just got in the Andre Royal)
Then later when we waste 7 minutes with Kid Rock going through his shyt, Taker can ride down on his bike with a US flag trenchcoat when he gets to American Badass & then they can waste 30 more minutes having a terrible match
