Yea, I would say top 10 easily. Will be top 5 when its all said and done.

Will be better than Kobe, Duncan, Shaq etc.

You're a Laker fan? :what:

Anyway, like I said in the Heat thread, top 10 now...we'll see how the future pans out to see if he becomes top 5 status

its crazy i remember watching dude as a kid when he was in high school :ohhh: crazy how he's in GOAT talks now

Yes :wow:

This is just an outright lie! The year before Cleveland got Shaq they lost to the Celtics WITH the Big 3 and all you heard was how impressed people were that the Cavs played the Celtics that tough with just Lebron and Mo Williams, so the next year when they got Shaq everybody had them as the favorite. That's exactly how that shyt went.

This is madness!

B.....all this media hate ain't just sprout up out of nowhere. Was from years of not living up to the hype.

2007: he's still young :manny:
2008: he'll get it eventually :ld:
2009: maybe next year :sadbron:
2010: :upsetfavre:
2011: :deadhorse:

so we're just gonna sit here and pretend like a washed up, 37 year old Shaq was seen as some sort of difference maker that was gonna get Cleveland over the hump? that's just not true... he played well in Phoenix for his short stint there, but everyone knew a lot of that was attributed to playing with Nash and him staying healthy due to their renowned medical team

Shaq played 23 minutes a game for Cleveland, but we're sitting here acting like dude was some kind of savior? come on, man

People started going in on Bron RIGHT after that series against the Magic. They were favored to win that series and lost badly in 6 games. Plus him not staying on the court to shake peoples hand was frowned upon.

Yes :wow:
So because I'm a Lakers fan that means I can't be objective? :what:

You see Laker fans saying silly stuff like Magic is greater than MJ. Most of them aren't capable of being objective.

Actually yeah, Shaq WAS hyped up as being the missing piece in a championship team for Cleveland. Saying otherwise is a bold faced lie.

You can do a quick google search and find a bunch of fukking articles that hyped up the trade.

not Lebron's fault they lost in 2009.

He averaged 38/9/8

In 2010 it was 100% his fault. He flat out quit.

OK, I give up. Shaq was supposed to give them that inside post scoring that they desperately needed and give Lebron more room to operate. But I'll let you tell it.

Do you not remember the Kobe and Lebron Puppet campagin that they had that year? You think that shyt came out of the thin air? The expectations were that Lebron would be in the Finals.

But like I said, I'll let you tell it.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?

Huh?

You don't even know what you're talking about, the year before they got Shaq they lost to the Magic, they never had Mo Williams when they played the Celtics and took them to 7. The first time they played the Celtics with Mo Williams was LeBron's last year in Cleveland.

07/08 = 45-37 (Lost to the Celtics, No Mo Williams)
08-09 = 66-16 (Lost to the Magic - No Shaq)
09-10 = 61-21 (Lost to the Celtics)

They traded for Shaq so they could match up with the Magic. How you gonna argue about something like this and get some shyt like that so wrong.

Yeah, Shaq was brought in specifically to deal with Dwight and give Cleveland a better low post scoring option.

In 08 Cleveland wasn't favored to win.

In 09 After KG's was out for the season they were favored to get to the finals but were upset by the Magic. Lebron had a great series but that was when Mo Williams complete ghosted and gave everybody one of the GOAT gifs to use on sports forums.

In 2010 they were heavily favored to go to the finals. EVERYBODY was hyping up Kobe vs Bron. The Celtics weren't even supposed to make it to the finals that year because everybody was claiming they were old. Lebron flat out quit on the Cavs during that series.
