I've never seen a guy hit every big shot in what seemed like every single game in the playoffs before. It felt like he shot 80% in 4th quarters.
I remember when he was roasting the Lakers they showed a stat of how he shot when Gasol was guarding him and it really was like 75-80%. He was just
) in 06 while in 11 he folded. I am not fronting on Dirk but this narrative about him have no all-stars is just weak. Bron was an all-star in 11. What good did that do his team in the Finals? Pau was an all-star in 11. What good did that do his team? Kobe is an all-time great has he looked like it in 4th qtrs of the playoffs lately? Meanwhile Terry and Marion and Tyson and Kidd weren't but they came up huge during that run.

He had a one seed with Sprewell and Cassell. The T-Wolves were consistently in the 50 win range for like 5 straight years during KG's peak.
Dirk's a beast but nikkas have been sorely underrating his teammates since last year. During his career he's had Nash, Finley, Walker before he got too fat, Tawn at his peak comin of the bench, Josh Howard before he fell off, Terry, Kidd and Marion past their peaks but still effective. No hate on Dirk though but it's mighty funny how last years Finals changed him from a soft choker into a nikka who single-handedly carries teams to 50 wins seasons.
