Feel you bruh. Not looking down at either of those stores cause like you said sometimes you can find some nice name brand shyt in there. And I think it is just using common sense if you can get the same shirt out of Marshalls for 40 bucks that will be 85 out the mall. I've always wanted to know the same, but sometimes shyt just runs it's course. If i remember correctly, they explained it in that Fresh Dressed doc where when companies acquire different brands and mass produce them, in the eyes of consumers, it goes down cause of so much accessibility. If something is exclusive and can't be easily bought (like shoes), people feel like they're in some secret club or something. If Jordan were to do like Stephen Marbury and cut his shoes 3/4 the regular price, everybody would flock to them quick, then immediately move on to something else cause everyone has them.
