I peeped that insecure belt shyt too

The thing w/ the belt was old footage... it was from the WrestleMania All Day special from 2000. He was holding it in all his segments. It's funnier to me that they used old ass footage. That DVD dropped in 2005, why couldn't they just get a new interview w/ H?

bret hart is a chump. he got bullied into doing his dvd to avoid the warrior treatment, yet he took shots at the warrior on his dvd, for no reason.

bret hart = the nasir jones of wrestling.

btw, bret wishes he was half as over as the warrior.

It wasn't? You don't call all kinds of advance hype and a huge initial reaction, just to be around for 3 and a half months a flop?

I'm not sayin' he had nothing to do with his own popularity, but you know nobody becomes the top guy without the push. Crowds went crazy for him, true, but I could say the same abut Jake and Duggan, and they didn't even get the IC title let alone the WWF title. So yeah, he did get the world handed to him back then. He got a big push rather quickly, was positioned as the next top star, went over the biggest star in the company at their biggest show of the year... he got a push nobody else in the WWF got during that whole era, in a short time at that. If he got all that and carried things in an unappreciative way, I can see how that would piss others off.

thats not a flop. a flop is when you fail. warrior's run wasnt a failure at all.

jake & duggan wouldnt have been as big as the warrior. you talk about them letting warrior beat hogan, but why did they? are we gonna act like warrior wasnt out-poppin hogan before the thought of a hogan/warrior match even came up?

yes, i do see how he pi$$ed other wrestlers off. but warrior earned that chit. youre acting as if hes a john cena, triple h, randy orton, etc.

I always rewind that part because the follow up laugh could be GIF'd in like 6 fukking ways:laugh:

EDIT: There's another part that can break your heart if you listen to it on the wrong day..the way he talks about her coochie being termed "thrills". It's MIND BLOWING:laugh:

Wacky... if you wanna believe coming back and getting off to a goodstart, then going on to have unspectacular feuds and matches then disappearing back into oblivion after only three months in is not a flop, then go right ahead. I guess that wack shyt he did in WCW wasn't a flop either then, right...

I don't deny anything great that had to do with the Warrior between '88 and '92. Anything after that was garbage. Of course he was over, I used Jake and Duggan as examples cause I was thinking of two other faces that constantly got big reactions. I don't think they coulda done what Warrior did either... but again, Warrior's popularity is due in part to the push he got. He could've gotten big pops and gone years in the midcard, the PUSH is what made the difference.

And LOL @ "acting as if he's a John Cena..." Hey, I'm no big Cena fan, but he earned his too, and seems to be more appreciative and respectful of it than Warrior was. Neither one of them are favorites of the "wrestling purists", and both have gotten their fair share of criticism, so they're probably more alike than you're willing to acknowledge.

what unspectacular feuds? the only full-feud he had was the annual jerry lawler king of the ring beatdown.

you call it a flop, but youre basing it on nothing but him leaving prematurely.

just because warrior was given THE PUSH, it doesnt mean that he had the world handed to him. by that logic, everybody that gets pushed in this business gets the world handed to them. your choice of words are :hmm:.

what did cena earn? hes been the supposed biggest babyface in the world for the past 7 years, yet hes been getting booed out of the building every week for 90% of that time period. nor is he skilled. i mean, its either one or the other.....and hes neither.
