/threadThe smartest thing Bron ever did was create super teams to win as he put himself into conversations that he doesn’t truly belong in. He didn’t stay with one team and turn it into a finals contender (Jordan) and he didn’t stay with one team during the lean years until it was rebuilt (Kobe). Every few years he just sits down with his handlers and strategizes on which team can get him the most rings. And for some reason after Bron gets all these good ass players on his team people try to pretend as if they’re not as good as they are like Love and Kyrie aren’t number one options, like Bosh and Wade aren’t number one options. Pippen was not a number one option. Odom, Bynum and Gasol weren’t number one options. Even if you wanna bring up Shaq, it wasn’t like the Lakers made a conscious decision to have Shaq and Kobe. Kobe was a 18 yo rookie who ended up becoming that good. He wasn’t a superstar who decided to come join Shaq. If Jordan had Kyrie as a teammate, boy, he’d be showing his ass out there. Ditto for Kobe. It’s crazy how winning changes perceptions so much even if you stacked the deck to do it.
If that's the case then the only numbers that should matter are
6 and 0
5 and 2
3 and 6.
Dipo stopping Kobe from getting to the finals?
Steve Nash embarrassed Kobe twice.
ok now do it for all playoff opponents..
Eastern teams sucked
Garbage thread
I don't think that 73 win golden state team was that great. OKC was up 3-1 against them frauds until Draymond sent that text..like that is supposed to mean shyt when he has eliminated a 73 win team
but but but ...my university calculus grade was better than einsteins's type of brehs
So Pippen > Kobe? Since 2nd option rings matter the same as 1st option rings?
fukk all that and who cares? As long as the last team they play is tough.
It’s discrediting to play one or 2 hard teams only to play a “cupcake” team in the end that we all know wasn’t a top team
Ok..... and looking at his teams once he left.... he played on one of them EASTERN teams that sucked..... but he elevated lottery bound teams to the finals

So again... While other greats are measured on winning. He's getting credit for taking lottery bound teams to the Finals?
Last I checked..... he did win too so I’m not even sure why you quoting me.

Lebron and MJ went against multiple 60 plus win teams in the finals, while Kobe won against lesser opponents after going though the west. The only team that he played against that had more than 60 wins where the 08 Celtics.
when you compare the finals opponents of Lebron, Jordan and KobeWho cares about 60 wins or not? He also beat the 2009 Magic who beat the 66 win Cavs and the 2010 Celtics who were +400 against the 61 win Cavs and beat the shyt out of them. The teams he had to face in the West were elite teams. 2000 Blazers, 2002 Kings etc etc were top notch squads
