Rachet Clank can run on PS4, what new technology is in the game there is none

You can use google maps to remap Microsoft flight simulator fly over your house and see your car in the drive way, there is no new technology on rachet and clank

His point is the hybrid nature of the switch. Playing games on a laptop is nowhere near the same as playing the Switch portability. Obviously the switch is in need of an upgrade for its docked features but everyone knows this at this point.
