So I notice in a lot of lil Wayne threads people are saying he fell off….What im trying to figure out is when was this cat actually nice tho? Even when he had his run back in the Carter 2 and mixtape dayz homie was always corny and said corny ass lines…aside from a few songs during that era that nikka was wack. it seems as if you already have the answer to your question. it's an opinion, there's no concrete evidence. so when a nikka comes in and says something like go listen to the carter sessions. what's your response?
