That Alien 3 teaser is something i forgot all about. Definitely realize thats why that movie was so underwhelming.

The Xmen trailer was slick they cut all that action from the end and made it look like it wasnt a glorified drama with 2 action sequences

Watching the Irishman and for some reason, Gangster Squad popped in my head. And I remembered how dope that first trailer was with Oh My God playing and the quick cuts, etc. The movie? Meh, a whole bunch of meh and it never lived up to that trailer.

Got me thinking about other flicks that just didn't hit as hard as the trailers.

This one hurts Saw this with Superman Returns and the entire audience was hype. And sold a movie that never happened.

I hated that they chose that random ass Jay-Z song for that movie. Even more annoying, around that time, random ass Jay-Z songs kept being used for movie trailers. Not sure if it was this movie that started the trend that time frame or another one, but it really did grind my gears. Similarly enough, they've now started doing that shyt with K. dot songs now. Smh.

MoS has one of the best trailers i remember. I love the score, the voice overs and imaginary.

MoS is one of the comicbook worst movies I've ever seen. Its felt like the ppl that created the film hated Superman so made a version that seem cool to them. Thats exactly what happened. Justice League and SS are more enjoyable films. Superman is a better Superman in JL than MoS.

I liked MoS tbh. I think superman is an inherently boring character so I liked the depth they tried to add.
