And KD is playing out of his mind

You can tell he got that mamba DNA

That ice cold killer strand :wow:

GTFOH :mjlol:

That bytch ass ran to get a ring, Kobe never did that shyt. I never was a Kobe fan, but I respect him enough to know he balled out and won a ring on his own even without Shaq.

KD is a beta like Lebron.

THIS is the one of two reasons Ive ever suspected the NFL to be rigged. Because ATL did THIS very thing for an entire half and DOMINATED the Pats. wasnt even a fukking game. and for NO explicable reason, they just stopped doing it. Their worst DB was physically abusing NE's best. And they just stopped playing that type of defense. Theres really no reason I could conceive doing such a thing
I think when coaches face other teams known to have a history of high-level coaching & ability to make in-game adjustments, they often outsmart themselves.

I saw exactly what you did in that Pats/ATL Super Bowl. I think the ATL defensive staff, rather than continuing to do what worked after halftime, thought they were being clever by making a defensive adjustment in anticipation of a Pats offensive adjustment. Made them feel like they were a "step ahead" of Belichick & Co.

Belichick might actually be aware of this, and almost bait the coaching staff of the opposing team into doing this very thing by continuing with a clearly ineffective approach until halftime. That would be some slick shyt TBH.

Shyt gets real weird and meta after a couple of iterations...one big chess match, with each side attempting to anticipate the anticipation of the other side.

For what its worth, KDs performance last night definitely humbled the fukk outta Shay Sharpe on Undisputed.

He was gettin a little too deep in his feelings with the Lebron stannery...I get it, thats his guy, but it was a little overboard with the yelling over ppl and shyt.

Gotta :salute:him for taking the L like a man. He knew Bron got all the help he needed last night to put that game away, and admitted as much. :ehh:

Even had to concede that people who put Jordan over Bron aren't crazy. Skip was like :mindblown: at the energy change, you could tell he expected another back and forth battle.

He's still got years to catch the GOAT tho, would be ill to see Bron bounce back from this:banderas:...but its gonna be a uphill climb from here. :wow:

I think win, lose, or draw Lebron is not leaving CLE. Him going to the western conference will not happen because of the competitive balance. I would think silver would step in like stern did with cp3.
Boston & Philly will be stronger next year but CLE has a high draft pick, and there are a few notable FA's. He's great enough to get to ECF by himself, I just don't think there is the "guy" to help him get past GSW. Not even philly and he damn sure is not going to BOS.

His legacy is solidified, would not shock me if he shocked the world and retired either...

As far as the game, If I'm coach lue, I don't even look at it as 3-0. You gotta win a quarter first, then build from there. Nothing to lose, may as well go all out and live to fight another day.

I'd go one further - forget winning quarters, and just focus on winning each possession.

The Cavs have what it takes to get at least a game off the Warriors. Had there been better choices made as far as minutes and rotations earlier in the series, I seriously believe the Cavs would be be up 2-1.

Zach Lowe said something interesting on his podcast today - he mentioned that the Rockets really took their matchup with the Warriors serious as a heart attack. All year they drilled and practiced how they were going to defend them, and took the regular season seriously as an opportunity to get better and tool up to smash on the Dubs.

The Cavs just didn't. They haven't taken the regular season seriously for a couple of years now.

If they change that up, with the addition of the pick and some other moves in the offseason, I think they can win next year.
