Seasons 1-3 are fukking incredible. I personally like seasons 4 & 5. But after that it falls off. Still seasons 1-3 are fukking . Those 3 seasons executed the premise perfectly.

You got me thinking about a rewatch of the series.

Everyone has different opinions and preferences on when the show should've ended. I rode it out til the end. Some parts were better than others but it dropped off considerably. To me honestly, when the Mexican bytch got hit with the mallet, it should've been Jenji Kohan instead so she would've forgotten to keep the show going.

You could actually see the cracks in season 3 with that awful U-turn storyline(which they quickly killed midway through the season. Must of realize how bad it was) But yea it just got progressively worse from there. It was basically hey what silly situation can we put Nancy in. And the characters started to all get unlikable/unfunny as time went on

Why couldn't the black characters continue in the show? Even with the relocation. ? I forget but I know I stopped watching season 4 and would check in to see if they returned

I think the reason fans people are so pissed off about Weeds, is because for the first 3 seasons it was a GREAT, top tier show. If it would've continued on that level we would be talking about a top 10 series possibly. Still I watched all 8 seasons. And still have it in my top 15 series of all time, because the first 4 seasons (in my opinion) were so strong. I'm gonna re-watch it this weekend.

The supporting characters like Conrad, Heylia, Andy, Celia, and Doug had great chemistry with Nancy and other cast members.
