Golson was the QB, but I don't think it was him leading them to the Natty title. I think they had a pretty good Defense and they caught a lot of breaks(Refs)

Golson didn't lead shyt ND won based on a top 5 D and some fluke wins. Golson got benched in a couple of their games due to poor play for Tommy Rees (no hype at all) Golson missed 2013 season and self destructed in 2014 and left ND after spring ball. He had average success at FSU vs poor opposition the best game Golson played at FSU was vs Miami and Louisville.
