he's not praised by kobe fans. he's praised by EVERYONE. i got that info dead from WIKIPEDIA> so thats beat writer info they put up there. during the time things happened. not 100 years later living on this MJ is god nostalgia.

jordan was a monster among monsters. but lets be real. that fool wasnt winning a thing without another legend in pip and other very very good players in ho grant, kukoc, kerr. and another legend in rodman.

just like shaq needed another legend in dwade to win without kobe. just like kobe needed another legend....wait. is gasol a legend? you see that? kobe got 2 good ones. with a guy that wasnt a legend.

Pippen was a great player but :scusthov: don't over rate him. he was basically danny granger with iggys defensive abilities. an elite defender, and a good number two option. He wasn't a dude you could build a championship contender around. you can build a finals worthy team around shaq or dwight. they both made there as the number 1 options. You can even build a finals team around wade. but how many finals did pippen make it to as the number 1 option? IF prime pippen was in the league right now he be ranked number 4 among small forwards. barely over people like granger and rudy gay but easily behind Lebron, durant and even melo.

Did Jordan win that game?

did kobe win his?

how many 3 pointers has Jordan made in a single game. Kobe has made 12 in 1 game which is an NBA record

So now its about winning. Ok:leon:

How has the better finals record?:mjpls:
Jordan wins every argument. sometimes by a little and sometimes by a lot. but he always comes out over Kobe.
Or did you want to make the argument about who holds more NBA records. again :mjpls:

Each Kobe stan has a different argument not knowing that they contradict each other.

One dude said Kobe is better even though he didn't average as many points because he faced tougher defensive teams. Then this dude says Kobe is better because he scored more points in one game against one of the worst teams of all time.:shaq2:
Didn't Jordan score 60 something against the celtics during their championship season? That team is better defensively than any team Kobe has ever played against.

i need you to look up the definition of contradict.

cause nothing you just said is contradictory.
its two different CORRECT arguments.

one is an argument about averages. the other is about how much one guy COULD score if he was put into a position as the one an only super scorer on the team. its pretty obvious kobe is the best perimeter scorer we have ever seen. anyone saying otherwise is a mj is god lover.

he scored 81 and WON THE GAME> his sorry team was almost down by 20 when he went nutz.

Jordan's team LOST the game. perhaps MJ should've passed it off to the other guys who were also hitting more often.like corzine, oakley, and mack. now i will admit that fool woolridge should've stopped shooting. Lol. that dude was 9-27.

in kobe's case vs the raptors where the lakers were down and couldnt score to save their lives.except for mihm

look at that box score WOW.those clowns were TERRRRRRRIBLE. oh by the way after leaving the lakers that was the last the nba saw of mihm too. another guy that had his best year in the nba as a laker playing with kobe. LOL.

Kobe has a better finals record if you take into account the numerous super teams Kobe has faced in the finals in comparison to michael jordan.

To win the title kobe bryant had to go against SG's and teams such as:

The 2000 Indiana Pacers led by 2nd ballot HOF and best shooter of all time in Reggie Miller who was still conditioned and in his prime.

The 2001 Sixers with first ballot HOF Iverson who crossed cheese eyes all the way back to the kraft factory just a few years prior.

The 2002 Nets which featured sweet shooting kerry kittles who was also 6'7, long legthy and an athlete.

2008 Orlando Magic where Dwight Howard personally guarded kobe himself and was the DPOY of the year that year. KObe dropped 32-7-6 that series

2010 Boston Celtics which features 1st ballot HOF, Jesus, Pierce and KG. Kobe beat 3 HOF's in his prime BY HIS DAMN. Can jordan jhidist say that?

Jordan won against a bunch of teams wtih slow, unathletic, undersized shooting guards, and no big man in the middle to speak

Agreed, not to mention they had 12inch verticals and never played basketball until college.

Kobe went against defensive studs throughout his career tenure.

Kobe won a championship putting up 15.6 ppg 4 rpg 3apg and shot 36%

If Jordan did that the bulls would LOSE.Since kobe WASN'T the best player on his team he could get away wit those wakk ass numbers.Jordan was the best player on 6 title teams kobe wasnt.Jordan has done several things kobe hasnt and never will

Lmao now nikkas actin like Pippen is "legendary".A dude with 16 ppg 5 and 5 career numbers is legendary? :lolbron:

Scottie Pippen 18.9ppg 8.3reb 5.9ast 40.9%fg 25.9%3pt

Pippens career finals numbers

Pau Gasol 17.3ppg 10.4reb 3.2ast 1.7blk 52.8%fg

Gasols career finals numbers now you can continue overrating the shyt outta pippen while nikkas who actually watched that era know his place

You just said super teams. And then you mention Nets, Pacers, Magic, and 76ers?
I'd give you the Celtics. But none of these teams would be good enough to beat the Jazz. Magic's Lakesr could beat all these teams. Barkley's Suns could beat all thes team except for the celtics. and the blazers would prolly beat all the teams you mention outside of the celtics.

Kobe will never be better than Jordan. Reason being, Kobe's lost in two NBA Finals. Jordan never lost in the Finals. Same logic applies to LeBron. IMO.

when he shot 38% from the field (17% from 3) in the 2004 finals when shaq had 27/11 shooting 63%

pippen never outperformed jordan in the finals

Rodman outperformed Jordan in the 96' Finals.
The Worm should have received the Finals mVP.
