But I haven't been natural since I was 17, so its nothing to brag about. Although, my numbers were higher than a lot people in this thread before I stopped wasting my time lifting without tech.

I used to think like that too, if you enjoy lifting like that, continue. I had a lot of influences at a young age, made some bad decisions and started. Honestly, if I could go back, I wouldn't have started.

What were your numbers before tech and after tech

Bench was 275x5+. Squat was 325x10+. Dead was only 250, probably even lower, I will never deadlift heavy. Haven't recorded stats after using but all of my previous feels light. When bulking I just keep throwing on weight until I can't rep it at least over 8 times. It is hard to continue lifting heavy while cutting and maintaining weight for wrestling though.
