When was the last time benching 225 or 250 helped you defend your family? That's just an antiquated way of meat head thinking. If you lifting for health then by all means, lifting for aesthetics do you playboy. but stop all that bullshyt I bench such and such to defend my family or my girl, etc..nikkas ain't breaking in homes with dumbbells. Hell your better off saying you take Boxing lessons.

Most likely everyone, bro. Dead serious, unless there are some crazy roid heads here or legit powerlifters, which I highly doubt. But I haven't been natural since I was 17, so its nothing to brag about. Although, my numbers were higher than a lot people in this thread before I stopped wasting my time lifting without tech.

I can agree to a certain extent about heavy lifting but lifting is crucial to everyone especially as people get older. That muscle and bone density on top of other benefits can't be denied and there's hella scientific backing behind it
