100% I lift more than anyone here, unless there are some legit (steroid) lifters here. It doesn't mean shyt and these days I bench insanely light, my shoulders have been fukked from wrestling and lifting incorrectly on top of that. A bench press and a lot of the other popular lifts rarely transfer over outside of the gym but I don't train for explosiveness, etc but I might start when I get older. My dad is a freak and left behind beachbody lifts a long time ago, don't know if he is natural because I was always afraid to ask him. lol

edit: Also, lifting is a waste of time especially when you start incorporating a strict diet, I would suggest sticking to keeping your body healthy through diet, cardio, and light weightlifting. Do it if you enjoy it, not because some loser calls you a p*ssy for not lifting. I would have quit a long time ago if I didn't have such an obsessive mindset.

They already do. It's pathetic. I can't respect any man of any size if they've never been in a fist fight. It tells me they're willing to concede when standing their ground means something. It also shows me they're sneaky. When I was coming up if you couldn't bench some real weight, do one pull up, and had never fought for anything you were considered food.

I hate when I see two guys arguing. One of them has clearly decided to get physical. The other one is trying to negotiate and reason with the aggressor when it's past the time for talk. Don't argue with a man if you're not willing to get punched in the face. Physical violence keeps the food chain as it should be. Everyone knows who they can and can't see in a fight. It keeps people respectful.
