I disagree. I know a lot of black men and women irl that not only won't deal with their own race romantically but will also tear the other sex down. In my experience it's usually the educated, ambitious and successful people.

At the risk of sounding soft, that shyt hurts me.


And I'm not saying all or even most of the black people I know feel this way but the percentage is high enough for me to be bothered.

I think a lot of brothes are just fed up with the Years of taking all the blame. it has always been a war on black us but around the 70's black women joined in.

So much value is placed on the romantic interaction between black males and females, as if that's the extent of what love is...That sort of thinking does a disservice to Love.

Frederick Douglass, an abolitionist and arguably one of the most important figures to advance the cause for black independence, married a white woman the 2nd time around...but I dare someone to say he didn't love all black people, including black women.

Romantic love is such a narrow marker of what love is. Unfortunately white and black women -- and whomever else in any other race -- think that the expression of romantic love is the end all be all of what love is.

I've seen black dudes with black girlfriends/wives who've never dated outside their race screw over other black people, women included, just as much as anyone else...and not give a flying fukk about niccas.

That ain't love...but they married a sister, right?

What do you think is the cause for the men being upset?





I do believe the number of bm tripping is higher but I don't think the numbers are so disproportionate that you can call it one sided.



I'm sure that's true but I don't really see other races trying to shyt on each other like black people. Then again maybe I just have a narrow view on this subject.

Black men became upset because of the daily shyt they get from BW on a daily basis



The attitudes of BW, dudes who weren't popular with black women growing up being bitter, BM being constantly told they ain't shyt by BW and society and being told how much more successful and educated BW are compared to BM. Being constantly told good BM don't exist when certain women chose to ignore the good men and date no good ones.



All that kinda put a chip on the shoulder of black men who aren't the stereotypical lazy no good negro. And they become resentful because of that.
