years ago it was cranberry redbull or the monster salted carmel coffee drinks, but now it's just regular coffee or flavored sparkling water.

To be honest. I rarely game for more than an hour or two at a time. If I am sleepy. I go to sleep. But I do enjoy the occasional zero sugar Monster from time to time. Preferably watermelon or mango.

Ive been gaming for years but never really messed with them energy drinks to stay up.

Been drinking Rockstar for the past few days but it's too much sugar for me.

I've been told to try Gfuel I just ordered a starter kit going to try it out this weekend. I've watched like 20 tiktoks about gfuel people seem to love it and they got tons of flavors.

All that shyt is poison, Horrible for your health (so is Coca-Cola) I wouldn't even drink a Mountain Dew because of the claim it makes you sterile.

If you want real energy naturally then workout a little bit as soon as you get up (ideally 30 min) but whatever you do. Do twenty pushups but whatever you do will be converted into energy that you'll use throughout the day.

I don’t handle that burst of caffeine well.

shyt doesn’t make me focus, it makes me want to go workout.

Coffee works for me with work related shyt. That guarine or whatever supplement that’s in the energy drinks fukks me up like cocaine or something.
