375 @250ish (my weight fluctuates alot)

I honestly don't think I can go much higher due to lingering injuries. But I dont play football anymore so its not like it matters

True but I have never seen someone with a strong OHP that has a weak bench, I have seen it the other way around though.

most non powerlifters have a low OHP. Its not something people like to train and it can damage your shoulders easily if done incorrectly over a long stretch of time

A max bench means nothing without saying how much you weigh. Relative strength is what reveals itself in your physique.

If you weigh a lot less than someone but can lift a far greater percentage of weight in relation to your bodyweight then your physique will look significantly more impressive.

And at the end of the day an impressive physique is what most people who go to the gym are after. Most people are not trying to be competitive powerlifters.


Exactly. I do it for health 1st and looks 2nd. All that other shyt is just extra. Plus them nikkas that get real big start looking flabby as hell when they take a few weeks off.

235 back when I was benching 2x a week. I did reps of 225. Never really felt the need to go over that. This was when I was 40 years old, 175 lbs.

235 or 245 I don’t remember. I tried strength training but i failed

I've never tried beyond 275 (quarantine hit) but I'm sure I could get to 300 if I bothered.

I weigh 163 usually
