What’s yall cardio routine like

You wanna run or maximize muscle growth? Not saying you can't run but pounding away on the treadmill multiple times a week could become counter productive to a mass gaining phase. Granted you haven't shared a lot of what you plan on doing so I'm talking big picture.
You right, I'ma do the incline walking. I've been running alot so I wanna see what happens if I stop that cuz I been going hard on the weights and could be seeing more growth

Everyday I typically try to hit 13k+ steps.

1 day I’ll just do a simple jog on a treadmill @ 6.0 for 30-40 mins.

1 day I’ll go to the park for sprints / bootleg suicides until my shirt atleast 90% sweat.

2 dedicated cardio days in the gym - Monday and Wed

2.5 mile run
1 mile incline walk
15 mins on the stair machine
15 mins on the row machine
15 mins on the stepper
15 mins on elliptical
15 mins on bike

im a big guy so i need my cardiovascular conditioning to be on point...some of these I do on HIIT

outside the gym i do a little jumproping

Seems like a lot to me but folks here tell me three hours of lifting is too much sohhh...:manny:
honestly its toned down from what i used to do cardio wise..back when i was boxing regularly..i used to run 3-4 miles on my gym days before i hit the weights and then box afterwards

Do several arm curls when I use my remote.
I walk to and from: my car, bedroom, bathroom, and work office.
Do squats several times a week when using the bathroom or sitting down on the couch.
Do situps when getting out of bed.
Do lat pulls when closing my doors.
Do pushups occasionally when looking for something under the bed or nightstand.
Do calf raises when needing something on the top shelf.

That's it.
