I workout 5 days a week followed by cardio.
3 days after workout I do treadmill where I sprint and jog for 30mins followed by 30mins of high incline walk
2 days after workout I do HIIT involving 4 sets of body weight exercises like pull up, push up, jumping jacks etc.
Might add rowing and skipping in the coming months.
