What’s yall cardio routine like

I workout 5 days a week followed by cardio.

3 days after workout I do treadmill where I sprint and jog for 30mins followed by 30mins of high incline walk

2 days after workout I do HIIT involving 4 sets of body weight exercises like pull up, push up, jumping jacks etc.

Might add rowing and skipping in the coming months.

No routine. My conditioning ain't shyt. :picard: I need to step it up.:francis:
But I don't do/need cardio for weight loss purposes, so I just need enough to keep my heart moving. :yeshrug:

outside of riding my bike to and from the office, which is about a total of 20 min a day 5 days a week of moderately high intensity biking on the highest gear setting, i just lift weights and don't do any form of cardio. i just shift my diet around based on if I'm bulking or cutting.

I like cardio but I'm tryna grow my quads and everything I read says running would be a bad move for that :beli:

Rowing machine 5 days a week. Program I'm following doesn't have a set time. Sometimes it's 12 minutes, sometimes it's more than 40
