uh, aren't people in this thread saying they should take more chances on new IP's?

What they mean is big budgeted Ips with lots of ambition. There was no big budget behind Recore(how is that taking a risk) and the game was just wack period.

Lets not forget Crackdown, Blue Dragon and many more. These Xbox fans dont understand that I am not like these Sony fans. I want the Xbox to WIN and go back to that glory era which made me a fan! The Kinect was the dark age of Xbox and to make it worse you have some Xbox fans who defend the Kinect.

This isn't' gonna happen but MS should let 343 and The Coalition work on a new IP for their next projects and give Halo and Gears a break. Again, this won't happen, the studios are named since they only work on those games but why not, see if they can create new IPs for MS. The studio that makes Forza should do the same thing.

You're talking to someone who was a HUGE 360 head so if I were you I woukd stop. Those games especially Mass Effect, Gears, LO, Bioshock,etc were actual new HEAVY HITTERS unlike Recore, Halo Wars and to an extent QB.

This I thought this was going to be the case but they forcefully stuck them into the same games. Terrible

There's no Uncharted, God of War, The Rental 1886, Knack, Until dawn, Bloodborne, Driveclub, Infamous, Persona 5, Horizon, Yakuza 0, Ni-oh and the list goes on and on, on Steam.

Killzone, ratchet n clank, uncharted, yakuza, God of war, persona. Now name the new ips and I'll cross check with rekkapryde's gamertag to see if he played ANY OF THEM (I already know you didn't either)

I'm waiting for Phil and his exaggerating self to bring the Xbox brand back to 06-08. I'm still waiting for a new Western RPG and a Halo replacement.

No one asked for a Recore, Sea of Thieves, Halo Wars 2 or those name ass indy games.

Ummm, Halo wars has been one of the most requested games on the Xbox platform. And gamers worldwide been asking for rare to develop new titles which they are doing. Sea of thieves appears to be an amazing title and you guys have deemed it not worthy because you played it or yourself? (I'd go with the latter)

When your exclusives can be played by 90% of the gaming community, it really should not be brought up.

If the shyt is on PC and that platform dwarfs even the PS4 intall base....yeah exclusives are not something xbox stans should ever bring up.

Halo Wars 2 is also on the PC.

They don't game the same, console titles are not popular on pc and vice versa. Who plays Madden or 2k on pc?
Titanfall, gears, halo? Not that big on pc. Wow and Dota will never be popular console titles even if they tried. But Microsoft is putting themselves into positron to get all that money. You can't hate or penalize Microsoft for that. Because the next Xbox will do both, they win...
